I'll make this short and sweet. A web site only needs to be submitted to the search engines once a year (if that). If anyone tries to sell you on the fancy lingo that your site needs to be submitted constantly so you keep your listings in search engines like Google, yahoo, msn then RUN! They are full of beans! A new domain needs to be blasted 1 time so that all the search engines find it and list it. After that the search engine spiders do the rest. They will come back to your site and find it on the crawl. linking from other sites is the best way to be crawled naturally.
DO NOT over submit your site! you can be penalized by the search engine for that.
